Wow, that is some customer service. They came across my lil old post about dresses I loved, saw I had bad service and sent me a message! Must places do not look on the internet for “bad” experiences and contact people, at least not in my experience. Typically I have only gotten a response when I have emailed and/or called a company. I have already emailed Ann Taylor back (email removed from post as I didn’t feel it was my place to publish such a thing) but just wanted to share how much they care about their customers and/or potential customers. Thank you Ann Taylor… you are a class act!

I appreciate good customer service but it seems many companies just don’t care anymore. I cannot tell you how amazed I am by this. Thank you Ann Taylor for actually caring about customers. It seems to be such a rarity now days, even when the customer has a legit complaint. I will always give my business to places that ensure customers are satisfied.
